Sir,
M/s ISC Projects Private Limited has applied for Consent to Establish (CTE-Fresh) for setting up of an RMC unit vide OCMMS Application No. 30786800 dated 01.01.2026. Initial scrutiny of the application has been completed.
However, during further processing, it has been observed that the proposed site falls under delisted land governed by the provisions of the Punjab Land Preservation Act (PLPA), 1900, and the unit also appears to be linked with an infrastructure / highway construction project, for which clarity regarding coverage under the Consent Management Policy is required. The matter has been submitted separately for seeking legal opinion.
The applicant has been apprised of the present position of the case and has been informed that guidance regarding further processing of the application shall be provided after receipt of the legal opinion.
In view of the above, the present application may be returned to the applicant at this stage. |
