On scrutinizing the application of the project proponent, it was observed as under:
1. Earlier, the project proponent has submitted CA certificate with the value of fixed assets of Rs. 1287.99 crore. Now, the project proponent has submitted CA certificate of capacity 1381.11 core. The project proponent is therefore required to submit justification/explanation for the increase in the reported value of fixed assets.
2. The project proponent has not submitted the NOC regularization fee.
3. The project proponent has not linked consent fee with the application.
