The application has been scrutinized and it has been observed that:
1. The Project Proponent has mentioned total built up area of the project as 4046.856 sq.m. in the application form. However, this appears to be inconsistent with the submitted layout plan. The Project Proponent is requested to provide the total proposed built up area of the project
2. The Project Proponent is requested to submit the status of Environment Clearance.
3. The Project Proponent has considered 5 persons per plot for calculating the total water demand which is not in accordance with the prescribed norms of 15 persons per plot. Kindly clarify
