The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry has not submitted any land use classification of the site/ CLU/site suitability document from the concerned authorities regarding land use.
2. The industry has not submitted the distance certificate from the Revenue/Tehsildar authority.
3. The industry has applied under the small scale. As per project cost, it falls under medium scale.
4. The industry has submitted the handmade site plan. The unit is required to submit the architectural approved/ conceptual plan.
5. The unit is also required to earmark the location of the proposed STP in the plan, to be installed inside the premises.
As such, you are requested to kindly attend the aforementioned observation and submit the reply to this office within 02 days so that the application can be processed further.
