While scrutinizing the application, it was observed as under:-
1. The project proponent has not submitted approved building plan by Competent Person of Factories Act, 1948.
2. The project proponent has not submitted details w.r.t disposal of Solid Waste/wet waste generated from the marriage palace.
3. The project proponent has neither submitted any details w.r.t disposal of treated effluent generated from the marriage palace nor submitted details w.r.t pre-treatment facility for the effluent generated from kitchen section.
Please submit the reply of the above said observations within 2 days.
