The application was scrutinized and it was observed that:
1. The project proponent has not submitted land suitability/allotment letter or CLU/ land use classification certificate of the Project.
2. The PP has not mentioned air emission detail in the application form.
3. The project proponent is required to submit the latest CA certificate mentioning the un-depreciated cost of fixed assets of the unit under land, building, plant & machinery and other misc. assets head, as per the policy of the Board.
4. The project proponent has submitted an electricity bill as proof of the date of commissioning. But, there is no mention of its first bill/ date of commissioning in the bill.
5. The PP has not linked any its consent fee under both the Acts with the online application. The industry has also need to deposit NOC regularization fee, as it has not obtained NOC/ CTE from the Board prior to establishment of its unit.
6. The project proponent has not submitted feasibility/ project report.
7. The site plan submitted by the project proponent is not readable.
8. The project proponent has submitted application and partnership deed in the name of Gurasees Singh, however, the owner details mention in the approved site plan are Smt. Neeru Verma and Smt. Puneet Arora. This needs to be clarify.
