On scrutinizing the application of the project proponent, it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent had obtained Consent to establish (NOC) for sheet metal fabrication @ 2 MTD using iron and steel @ 2 MTD as raw material. Now, project proponent has applied fresh Consent to operate for manufacturing of railway and sheet metal parts @ 3 MTD and using iron and steel @ 4 MTD as raw material, please clarify
2. The project proponent has not submitted approved building plan from the Competent Authority.
3. The project proponent has not submitted bank guarantee of Rs 1 lakh imposed during hearing held before the Environmental Engineer of the Board on 15.12.2025.
You are therefore requested to submit reply of the above said observations within 1 day.
