The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The HCF has not submitted the certificate w.r.t. capacity and adequacy of ETP-cum-STP.
2. As per Board's office order dated 07.07.2017, the consent fee for 01 year for HCFs having bed capacity between 200-499 is Rs. 50,000/- each under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981. However, the HCF has deposited only Rs. 8400/- each under the both Acts. Therefore, the HCF is required to deposit the additional consent fee under the both Acts.
3. The HCF has not applied for obtaining authorization under BMW Rules, 2016 for operation of 200 no. beds.
4. The HCF has not submitted the analysis report of treated effluent from the outlet of STP from NABL/Board's lab.
As such, the HCF is requested to remove the above said observations within 03 days, so that the application can be processed further. |
