Application of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed that the industry has neither submitted any feasibility report for installation of Air Pollution Control Devices (APCD) for control of secondary emissions for its existing unit nor for the proposed expansion. The industry was obtained NOC for expansion which has been expired, the industry has neither deposit NOC regularization fee for further year nor against enhanced its project cost than proposed project. Please clarify within 03 days including any progress in compliance of PPCB order No. 450 dated 08.10.2025 for installation of APCD for control of secondary emission also. |
