The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has applied under green category (1.2 Genset(s) of total capacity 1 MVA, using cleaner/gaseous fuel) and the same is not proper. The project proponent needs to apply under white category as per Board letter no. 38985-39003 dated 24.11.2025 regarding harmonization of classification of left-out sectors under White category.
2. The project proponent has proposed that the domestic effluent generated from the project will be discharged into MC sewer and the same is not proper.
3. The project proponent needs to submit revised proposal for disposal of treated wastewater as, at present STP of MC, Zirakpur is under capacity and is not adequate to handle the additional effluent load of such projects. The project proponent needs to submit ownership of proposed land (for utilization of treated wastewater) as well as needs to submit the land revenue record / Khasra No. and revenue latha / chajra alongwith the same and the distance of the proposed site from the existing site of the project.
4. The DG set detail mentioned in the application form is incorrect and the same is not proper.
5. The project proponent has submitted a copy of letter for Building Permit/ Sanction to Shakti Kumar Raj Kumari. Now, in the application form, the applicant is Prabhakar Kolla, which needs clarification.
6. The project proponent has not submitted any land details i.e. sale deed/ registry of the land etc.
It is requested to submit the reply to the clarification within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete. |
