The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. Site plan/Location plan of the unit is not approved from the Competent Authority.
2. The project proponent is required to submit feasibility report.
3. The industry is required to submit manufacturing process flow chart.
4. The project proponent is required to submit the distance certificate/site suitability from the competent authority.
5. The project proponent is required to pay adequate fees. i.e. CTE Fee = Rs. 10800 /- and Application Form Fee = Rs. 500 /- (The unit has already paid amount Rs. 6400 but the actual total fee to be submitted is mentioned as above)
It is requested to reply to the clarification within 03 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete.
