The reply of the industry has been perused and it was observed as under:
1. The value of machinery as per the previous CA was Rs. 5500.00 lakhs; however, the industry has now submitted the CA certificate after providing depreciation in the value of machinery amounting to Rs. 4844.68 lakhs. As such, the industry is required to submit the CA certificate without providing any depreciation.
2. The industry is required to link the penalty deposited by it with the applications.
As such, the industry is requested to remove the above said observations within 02 days, so that the application can be processed further. |
