The application of the project has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has applied fresh ‘consent to establish’ (NOC) under the category “2091- Area/Infrastructure Development Project including educational institutions, community hall, IT Park, Theme Park (Not covered under EIA notification 2006).”, which is not in order. The industry is requested to apply in the closely resembling new category of “10.1- Building construction project ≥ 20,000 sq. m. built-up area)” as the industrial park is establishing for accommodating industries not covered in the EIA Notification 2006.
2. The project proponent required to submit the industries proposed in the industrial park.
Kindly clarify within 3 days.
