On scrutinizing the application, the following observation were made:
1. The PP has submitted a revised layout plan; however, the approved LOI corresponds to the earlier layout plan.
2. The quantity of wastewater proposed for use in the dual plumbing system differs between the application form and the feasibility report submitted by the PP. Additionally, the estimated solid waste generation is inadequate.
3. The PP has proposed disposal of treated water into the MC sewer as well; however, the requisite approval letter has not been submitted.
