Pointwise Reply to the Observations is as under:
1. We have already installed side hood on our expansion project of replacing the existing 7 TPH Induction furnace with 14 TPH induction furnace, as per the design provided by the PSCST, for control of the primary emissions. A completion certificate in this regard, given by PSCST has already been submitted.
As regards the control of secondary emissions, we have already engaged PSCST for providing design of canopy hood which can be installed in our existing shed and have already supplied them the drawing and specifications of our shed vide our e-mail dated 16.01.2026 (copy enclosed). Furthermore, we have already engaged M/S Sohan Pal Mechanical Works, Mandi Gobindgarh to install the canopy hood as per the design to be submitted by the PSCST for control of the secondary emissions. We have also made a payment of Rs. 2.0 lakhs as an advance @ 15% of the total cost (approx.) of the canopy hood. A copy of the work order and proof of payment made to the vendor are enclosed herewith. We shall install the requisite canopy hood well before the designated date of Sep. 30,2026 fixed by PPCB. An undertaking to this effect by the authorized director of the company is enclosed herewith.
2. As per previous C A certificate, the total cost of fixed assets (before expansion) was Rs. 16.14 Crores and as per the latest C A certificate, it is Rs. 46.39 Crores (after expansion), according to which the CTE fees for our expansion project becomes Rs. 42000/-. We had already deposited Rs 28800/- with our CTE application. The balance fees amounting Rs. 13200/- + Rs. 21000/- as extension fees of CTE (total Rs. 34200/) have now been deposited (NOC fee/ challan linked with water application)
