The application was scrutinized and it was observed that:
1. It is submitted that the project proponent had earlier obtained consent to establish (NOC) in the name of Residential Group Housing Project "wmk Mid Town" By M/s Wmk Buildtech Llp. However, during the last visit by the officer of the Board, it was observed that the project had change its name to "Khetan Swiss Gardens", without obtaining requisite permissions under the new name. Thus, the project proponent needs to apply for fresh consent to establish (NOC) with its new name (Khetan Swiss Gardens) instead of consent to establish (NOC) extension.
2. The PP has not linked any its NOC fee with the online application.
