The reply submitted by the industry has been scrutinized and observed as under:
1. The industry has not submitted land use classification/CLU from the concerned authority mentioning khasra nos. of proposed site land.
2. The industry has submitted certificate from revenue authority only w.r.t khasra no. 737/2 (5-17) of Vill. Changera. However, the land documents show that the industry shall located in Vill. Changera and Vill. Khalawar. The industry is required to submit certificate from revenue authorities for all the khasra nos. of land in which proposed unit is to be established.
3. It is not clear from the feasibility report submitted by the industry whether the treatment facility/ETP shall be based on biological on physiochemical method as description of ETP is based on biological method but it has been mentioned that ETP shall be provided based on physiochemical method.
The industry is requested to clarify the observations within 3 days to further process the application.
