The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The stone crusher has not submitted permission regarding availability of raw material through legal sources from XEN Mining, Rupnagar.
2. The unit is required to submit ambient air analysis report from NABL approved laboratory.
3. The fee deposited by the industry is adequate for 02 years; however, as per policy of the Board, the unit is required to deposit 05 years fee. As such, you are requested to deposit additional 03 years fee.
As such, you are requested to kindly attend the aforementioned observation and submit the reply to this office within 2 days so that the application can be processed further. |
