The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has submitted CA Certificate amounting to Rs. 194. 15 crore wherein it has included cost of construction of group housing, development cost and land cost. Further, in another details attached with the application the project proponent has mentioned that following construction has been carried out by it
i. SCO – 6 nos.
ii. Booth – 23 nos.
iii. Group Housing (GH-7) namely Regency Heights”
Hence, it is requested to re-verify the CA Certificate in light of above and submit the amended CA Certificate accordingly, if required.
2. The project proponent is required to submit copy of MOU signed between proponent of M/s Multitech Towers, M/s Wembley, M/s Whistler Heights, M/s Acme and M/s Hill View for treatment of domestic effluent generated from their premises.
You are requested to attend the above clarification within 3 days.
