The industry is a small scale Honey manufacturing unit under Red category and was granted consent to establish/(NOC) vide no. CTE/Fresh/LDHKH/2021/14613210 dated 15/02/2021 valid upto 14/02/2022 for manufacturing Natural Honey @ 10 MTD with total project cost of Rs. 174.0 Lacs. Now, the industry has applied for fresh 'consent to operate' under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 having value of fixed assets as Rs. 89.25 Lacs. Kindly provide details of decrease in the fixed assets.
