The application of the industry has been scrutinized and found that as per the project cost proposed by the industry, it is required to deposit Rs 10,800/- as NOC regularization fee but it has already deposited Rs. 7200/- on 12.09.2020, the industry is required to deposit balance NOC fee of Rs.3600/- through online. Further, as already requested in the previous application, the industry is required to submit feasibility report of its proposed APCD. further, in the project report the industry has informed that trade effluent will be treated in ETP and will be discharged into sewer, However in application it has informed trade effluent will be discharged into CETP. You are requested to submit the correct proposed disposal of trade effluent along with latest proposed project report.
