1. The industry has increased its fixed assets from Rs. 188.69 Lacs to Rs. 206.54 lacs. Please submit year wise detail of said increase. So that consent fee may be calculated.
2. The industry was given personal hearing by the Chairman of the Board for imposition of Environmental Compensation (EC) due to the environmental damaged caused by operation of the industry on 09.03.2023, wherein, it was decided that Environmental Compensation amounting to Rs. 4.0 lac be imposed upon the industry, the industry shall deposit Rs. 2.0 lac within a week at Regional Office, Fatehgarh Sahib and thereafter, deposit the remaining amount Rs. 2.0 lacs in four installments amounting to Rs. 50,000/- each on monthly basis. Kindly deposit Environmental Compensation accordingly.
