Respected Mam,
In reference to the above subject it is hereby submitted that we have made payment of Rs. 12000 twice . Firstly through credit card on date 16.11.2022 at 10.31 am and the amount was duly deducted from our credit card (screenshot attached). Second time the payment was made on date 17.11.2022 (today) at 11.04 am through net banking HDFC and the amount was duly debited from our account no. 03421530006508 vide transaction number 223214690687(statement attached). But as per screenshot of PBOCMMS for both times the payment has failed (screenshot attached). You are requested to please look into the matter and get the payment processed and give us the receipt for the payment.
