The applications of the industry for obtaining renewal of consents to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 & under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 was scrutinized and to process further, the industry was visited by this office and following observations were made:-
1. The industry has not provided adequate stack height with the APCD attached with dryer section.
2. The industry has not provided the pucca/brick paved road inside their premises for the movement of vehicles.
3. The industry has not provided adequate plantation area for dispose off the treated domestic effluent after passing through septic tank
As such you are requested to clarify the aforesaid observations within 02 days, so as to proceed further in the matter. Till then, the application submitted by the industry shall be treated as incomplete.
