Sir, in reply to the show cause notice we hereby submit as under :-
1. Sir, we are aware of the fact that govt has issued new notification for obtaining EC for rolling mills and special condition has also been imposed in our consent ..
Sir, we have already started the process of preparing documents and Term of References ready for getting the Environmental clearance . We assure that we will comply with latest notification of the govt and shall obtain EC within the stipulated peripod of one year as per notification .
2. We hereby also submit that the current application, we have applied for establishment of Induction furnace and our production capacity is not covered under EC ..
Sir, please grant us permission to establish the same ...
