Application of the marriage palace has been scrutinized it is observed as under:-
1) The total gross fixed assets of the marriage palace have been increased from Rs. 19.71 lakhs (as on 29.02.2016) to Rs. 30.71 lakhs (as on 15.01.2023). Accordingly, the marriage palace is required to submit year wise CA certificate so as to adjudge the adequacy of consent to operate fee.
2) The marriage palace has not deposited / linked the consent to operate fee under the Water Act, 1974.
3) The marriage palace has not submitted details of solid waste generation and disposal in the application form and also not submitted compliance w.r.t. Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016.
Kindly clarify the above, within 02 days.
