We have received notice no. 3112 dated 18.11.2022 from your office regarding refusal of consents. We want to state that we have invested under invest Punjab initiative of Punjab Govt. and taken all the approvals from the Govt. We completely comply with Environment Laws and have never done any kind of pollution. As per EIA Notification, 2006, we have obtained Environmental Clearance and we have already submitted compliance its conditions. And we have complied with its maximum conditions and compliance of very few conditions is under process and we are already sincere about the compliance of pending conditions as guided by your field officers. Present status of compliance of pending conditions mentioned in the notice is as under:
1. During establishment of unit, we had no idea regarding installation of secondary fume extraction system. Further, we completely agree with Board's guidelines and will install it as and when Board will direct us.
2. Work regarding Village pond of Mandi Gobindgarh mentioned in our Environmental Clearance condition has already done by MC Mandi Gobindgarh. Further, we have adopted village pond of Village Chatarpura and also started work regarding it after taking NOC letter from Gram Panchayat Chatarpura on 29.09.2022.
3. We have provided solar power generation on our shed as per Environmental Clearance condition.
4. We have already developed plantation in an area of 1113 sqm out of 7184 sqm required area and we assured you that we will complete 33 % green area upto coming monsoon season.
5. We have started expenditure in CER activities and have already constructed 2 no. washroom/toilets in Govt. Primary School, Chatarpura. We assure you that we will spend 20 lacs CER fund within stipulated time.
6. We have provided solar power generation on our shed as per Environmental Clearance condition.
Kindly grant us short term 'consent to operate' so that we can operate our unit with valid 'consent to operate'. Further, we assure you that we will complete all the activities as per Environmental Clearance conditions within time that will be granted by your Department.
