The application of the industry is scrutinized and observed that the industry is applied for obtaining CTOs under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 on the name of Ramesh Kumar (Proprietor). However, as per record file of this office, the industry had obtained CTO under the Air Act, 1981 on the name of Ramesh Kumar, (Partner), previously. In this regard, the industry has not attached relevant document w.r.t. the change of its partnership concern to proprietorship.
As such you are requested to clarify the aforesaid observation within 02 days, so as to proceed further in the matter. Till then, the application submitted by the industry shall be treated as incomplete. |
