The application of the Project Proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed that the Deputy Director, Local Government, Ferozepur has issued CLU for 82 kanals 14 marlas land area vide its letter no. 10923 dated 25.05.2015 alongwith condition no. 1, which states that CLU issued by the Deputy Director, Local Government, Ferozepur was valid for 2 years from the date of issue, which has now already expired. But, the Project Proponent has not submitted extended / valid CLU from the concerned authority.
Therefore, it is requested to submit extended / valid CLU from the concerned authority within 2 days so the application may be processed further.
