The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not mentioned sources of air pollution in the application form.
2. The project proponent has not submitted feasibility report of the project mentioning population of students/staff to be served, mode of fresh water consumption, source of water pollution, air pollution, solid waste generation, mode of treatment of domestic waste and its components, mode of disposal of domestic waste-water season wise and solid waste disposal.
3. The project proponent has not submitted adequate consent fees. The project proponent has submitted CA Certificate of Rs. 102.18 crore, and fees deposited only Rs. 100/-. The project proponent needs to deposited Rs. 10,56,000/- to make it adequate for 1 year.
4. The project proponent has not submitted authority letter of the trustees issued in the name of applicant of Consent to Establish for applying Consent to Establish of the Board.
