Reference to the clarification, please find enclosed herewith the complete set of application, Tehsildar report and distance certificate issued by SDM, Derabassi. In the application submitted to SDM, Derabassi it has already been mentioned that the distance certificate is required for Khasra No.607 & 609. Accordingly the application was marked to Patwari for his report in respect to the distances and on the basis of Patwari report the Tehsildar has sent his report to SDM, Derabassi for further issuance of distances certificate and finally on the basis of Tehsildar report the SDM, Derabassi has issued the distances certificate. So, it is clear that the distance certificate has been issued for Khasra No. 607 & 609. We further confirm that our plant is also installed in Khasra No.607 & 609 and we have not added any new land. |
