After scrutinizing the case, it was observed that the project proponent has increased the fixed assets from 146 crore to 148 Crore and has not submitted any detail of increased assets as well as NOC regularization fee for increase of fixed assets. Further the project proponent has not submitted proper compliance report of the conditions imposed in previous consent as well as conditions of Environmental Clearance granted to it in annotated form. The project proponent is also required to submit compliances made by it regarding plantation area and management of municipal solid waste. The project proponent is required to submit signed and stamped copy of latest CA certificate. You are requested to submit the reply to above observations within 01 day otherwise your application will be returned without any further notice.
