The BKO has not submitted compliance of special condition Point No. 1 stipulated in the earlier grant certificate, i.e., “The BKO shall obtain Environmental Clearance under the EIA Notification for mining of brick clay to be used as raw material for manufacturing of bricks at the site immediately.”
Further, the BKO is required to change its category as per the latest categorization of the Board.
