The application of the industry was scrutinized and observed as under:-
1. The industry has mentioned mode of disposal of treated effluent into MC sewer, but the industry has not submitted copy of sewage bills or permission granted from MC for disposal of treated effluent in MC sewer.
2. The industry has not intimated regarding date of commissioning of the unit.
