The application was scrutinized and observed that as per previous CA Certificate submitted by the industry the total cost of fixed assets was Rs. 3,78,80,217/- as on 31.03.2018 and now as per the latest CA certificate submitted with the present application the total cost of fixed assets is Rs. 7,58,42,485/- as on 31.03.2023. The industry has increased total fixed assets by Rs. 3,79,62,268/-. However, the industry has not submitted any detail regarding increase of total fixed assets. Also the consent fee slab of industry has changed from earlier 2 crore to 5 crores to now 5 crore to 10 crores. Therefore the industry is required to submit year on year wise CA certificate indicating fixed assets as on 31.03.2019, 31.03.2020, 31.03.2021, 31.03.2022 and 31.03.2023 so that adequacy of consent fee deposited may be adjudged.
