As per the CA certificate submitted by the industry, the total value of fixed assets is 709.87 lakh and plant & machinery is 159.70 lakh.
The consent to operate under Air Act, 1981 was valid up to dated 30/09/2018 and under Water Act, 1974 was valid up to dated 30/09/2016.
Fee deposited along with previous consent was valid up to 31.03.2019 under both Acts, now unit submitted Rs. 90000/- each Act, which is valid for next five years i.e. up to 31.03.2024, however the unit has not deposited the penalty for consent expiry.
The industry needs to deposit Rs. 72,000/- as penalty for consent expiry & Rs. 72,000/- as consent fee under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Rs. 72,000/- as penalty for consent expiry & Rs. 72,000/- as consent fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 to make the fee adequate up to 31.03.2028 under both Acts.
It is therefore requested to deposit Rs. 1,44,000/- under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 1,44,000/- under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 so as to further process the applications. |
