(1) The site of the industry is situated in conforming zine as per the master plan. Copy of the original CLU is attached for ready reference. There is no addition/change in the land area.
(2) The industry is planning for expansion which is expected to take about 2 years for completion. Therefore, presently the CTOs has been sought for only 2 years.
(3) The CTE regularization fee of Rs. 1800.00 is being submitted to account for the increase in fixed assets.
(4) Presently, the gross block value of plant and machinery is Rs. 558.42 lacs and the industry falls in small scale category (as per the GoI). Also, we intend to seek some incentives/benefits as a small scale industry. Therefore, the CTO applications have been made under small scale category.
