The application of the industry has scrutinized and observed as under:-
1. The industry was previously granted consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 w.r.t. to C.A as on 31.12.2022 to the tune of gross of fixed assets of the Rs. 43.31 Crores and plant & machinery Rs. 29.29 Crore. Now as per the current C.A certificate the gross of fixed assets is Rs. 57.51 Crores and plant & machinery Rs. 38.60 Crores. However, the industry has not submitted detail of additional machinery installed in this period in its premises. Kindly clarify.
2. Further, the industry is required to submit NOC regularization fee of Rs. 36,000/-
3. The industry is also required to submit/verify 10% penalty consent fee under each Act w.r.t. the late application submission fee.
4. Compliance report of previous consent conditions under each Act in annotated form from the authorized signatory.
You are requested to submit the above said observations within 02 days.
