The application of the industry has been scrutinized and observed as under:-
1) The land use certificate and location plan of the industry is not attached.
2) The value of the Land/building is not included in CA certificate , even project detail of new project is not complete.
3)The detail of water consumption / effluent discharge/production based on proposed capacity of machinery, liquor ratio, number of lots, number of working hours, number of baths, boiler blowdown, waste generated is not given
4) The copy PDA letter regarding allotment of share is not attached.
5) The feasibility report and drawing of proposed APCD with boiler is not given.
