Sir, it is to inform you that we are manufacturing Plastic Granules by using Solid Plastic Waste
i.e. Tub, Bucket, Chair, etc. as raw material. The industry has installed one mixer, one grinder and one cutter in the industry. Moreover, we have installed one extruder with heater along with adequate stack height. As in the extruder section, there is no requirement of APCD. the process of the industry is as under/...............Cutting of solid plastic in grinder machine -------> Mixing of solid plastic in mixture machine ---------> Melting of solid plastic in main machine with heat and pressure ----------> Cooling of Melted Solid Plastic to prepare it for cutting process ------------> Cutting of solid plastic --------> Final Packing And Dispatch............... Thus, as per the above process chart, there is no requirement of APCD as well as feasibility report as well as dimensional drawing. We are operating a very small scale unit and it is requested to kindly process our application and grant consent to operate to our unit please. |
