Earlier, the industry was granted consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Fresh/LDH2/2017/6321121 dated 11/10/2017 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Fresh/LDH2/2017/2162646 dated 11/10/2017 both valid upto 30/09/2022 for the manufacturing of PU Foam Sheets and Mattresses @ 4000 Kgs/day. Now, the industry has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for manufacturing of PU Foam Sheets and Mattresses @ 40000 Kgs/day. Please clarify whether you have increase production capacity or it’s a clerical error while filling application form. |
