The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry is required to submit CA certificate with value of each head (i.e. land, building, plant & machinery and others if any), separately.
2. The industry has not submitted compliance report of consent conditions.
3. As per water consent, the trade effluent was being discharged onto for plantation after treatment in ETP. Now, it has mentioned in the application form that trade effluent will re-circulated. Please clarify.
Therefore, it is requested to submit reply to the above said observations within 2 days so the application may be processed further.
