The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has submitted MC Kurali letter regarding disposal of excess wastewater into MC sewer, in which it has been mentioned that no sewer line is available in area of above proposed project. However, the MC Kurali was given personal hearing before the Chairman of the Board on 07.05.2025, wherein, it was decided that MC Kurali shall neither issue any new NOC to any residential/commercial project nor give any NOC for sewer connection in Kurali City, where there is no sewerage network as per approved plan of the City. As such, the proposal submitted by the project proponent for discharge into MC sewer is not adequate.
2. The project proponent needs to submit revised proposal for disposal of treated wastewater. The project proponent needs to submit ownership of proposed land, if proposed (for utilization of treated wastewater) as well as needs to submit the land revenue record / Khasra No. and revenue latha / chajra alongwith the same and the distance of the proposed site from the existing site of the project.
3. The project report submitted by the project proponent is not proper i.e. the cost of land mentioned Rs. 1340 lacs. However, after calculating the amount mentioned in the registary submitted by the project proponent, it was observed that the total cost of the land is around Rs. 14.18.87 lacs.
4. The project proponent has not submitted any details regarding development of above project, whether it is developed by by promoter company or by individual plots owners. However, as per layout plan submitted, the plots have been approved S+3 configuration and after calculating the FAR, it was observed that the project is covered under EIA Notification 2006. The project proponent needs to submit Environmental Clearance.
5. The project proponent has not submitted season wise wastewater disposal detail.
As such, it is requested to submit the reply to the clarification within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete.
