Sub.: Reply to SCN no-1693, Dated-18.04.2023 for the getting of “Consent to Operate” under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974.
Sir,
It is submitted that the RMC Plant has been installed temporarily in accordance to completion of work order along with Defect Liability Period on the request of issuing authority MC Ludhiana to Punjab Mandi Board to avail empty land. The Site falls under the provision of Punjab Mandi Board who provide us place to temporarily install RMC Plant as competent authority of the area. Dana Mandi/Grain Market considered to be Rural Focal Point/Commercial Area as per Master Plan.
ATP M. C. Ludhiana issued certificate & also DTP issued letter regarding classification of area.
That our Ready-Mix Concrete Cement Plant will complete its Municipal Corporation Ludhiana, Government tender work within 6-9 months depending upon weather.
Mr. Syed Raza Hussain will appear on our behalf for Compliance.
Kindly process the application and issue me consents of Air & Water Act up to 31/12/2023 as per 15 years granting policy of the Board under Green Category.
