On scrutinising the application and linking with record file, it was observed as under:
1. The industry in its earlier submitted CA certificate in the year 2012 was valued to Rs. 14.24 lacs ( cost of plant and machinery as Rs. 10.51 lacs), however now it has submitted CA amounting to Rs. 78.06 lacs (cost of plant and machinery as Rs. 41.87 lacs). The industry is required to submit reason for increase in the assets value or addition of extra machinery details as well as production capacity.
2. The industry has submitted rent agreement dated 01.04.2017 which is valid only for period of one year, as such it is required to submit extended rent agreement.
Clarify within 02 days.
