The industry has applied varied consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 only. The industry has not deposited the consent fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974. The industry is required to deposit consent fee under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & also required to apply varied consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The industry is also required to deposit NOC regularization fee for increase value of gross fixed assets from 90.45 lac to 192.48 lac.
