It is intimated that the application of the industry has been scrutinized and following short comings are observed-
1. Approved building plan has not been attached.
2. Compliance report of the previous granted NOC is not attached in annotated form.
3. As per NOC Cyclones as APCDs with shelling section &
Dryer section, separately has to be installed but completion report submitted by the industry is for only one no. cyclone.
As such you are requested to submit reply of the above said observations within 2 days to proceed further in the matter. |
