Point wise reply is as under
1) Our previous consents were availed as large scale unit however inadvertently in present application it has been mentioned as small scale. We request you to treat this application as large scale instead of small scale.
2) It is submitted that :
A) Addition to Building: there is no addition in overall constructed area in the Building. The Addition represents the renovation which has been capitalized in books. We hope it satisfies your query.
B) Addition to Plant and Machinery: it consists of Upgradation of machinery as well as replacement of Old machinery. However it is further submitted that there is no change in overall Production capacity, Pollution Load ,Electricity Load and water discharge of the Unit.
3) STP samples analysis were collected and approved by the PPCB lab and authorities on 21/09/2022.
4) Cooling Tower is water recycle process, in it there is no discharge/disposal of water, rather output water is evaporated. In cooling process make up water is 15 KL/D.
