1. The industry has increased its capital investment from Rs. 446.85 Lacs to Rs. 774.73 Lacs. Please provide year wise detail of increase in fixed assets, so that consent fee may be calculated.
2. The consent fee under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 has not been deposited by the industry.
3. As per the EC condition, the project proponent shall practice Rain Water Harvesting to the maximum possible extent for pond at Village Bulepur. The project proponent is requested to submit progress report alongwith photographic evidence of the work done w.r.t. providing Rain Water Harvesting for pond at Village Bulepur.
4. As per the EC, the total plot area was 8447.95 Sqm. and plantation area 2788.10 sqm and as per the latest site layout plan, the total plot area is 11779.22 sqm. and plantation area is 3894.05 sqm, which needs clarification. Any new area added details to be given. Further, the industry is also required to submit progress regarding green belt required to be developed as green area –A in 1085 sqm by planting 162 Plants, green area –B in 1120 sqm by planting 170 Plants, green area –C in 230 sqm by planting 34 Plants, green area –D in 27 sqm by planting 4 Plants, green area –E in 74 sqm by planting 11 Plants and green area –F in 251 sqm by planting 37 Plants.
