The application was scrutinized and it was observed that:-
1. The copy of approved building plan is not clear and is unreadable, please upload scanned copy of approved building plan from the Competent Authority of Municipal Corporation, Phagwara in readable form.
2. The HCE has not submitted the latest sample testing report of its combined effluent from the State Laboratory or from the PPCB.
3. The HCE has not submitted the copy of Annual report. Upload the signed copy of annual report in form-IV.
4. The HCE has not submitted the technical details of combined effluent treatment arrangement made by it.
Submit and reply within 02 days so that application may be processed within Board's stipulated time period as per the policy. . |
